Nature of Terracotta Products

Terracotta and fired clay products are manufactured from natural clay and fired at high temperatures using traditional processes. Due to the inherent nature of clay materials, variations in color, shade, texture, surface finish, minor chips, edge irregularities, and occasional hairline cracks may occur.

These characteristics are universally accepted within the industry as natural attributes of terracotta products and enhance their handcrafted appearance. Such variations do not affect the structural integrity or intended use of the product and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Order Confirmation

Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, design patterns, and quantities before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed and production or dispatch has been initiated, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Returns & Replacement

Returns or replacements may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Product received is significantly different from the confirmed order
• Major manufacturing defect affecting usability
• Goods severely damaged prior to dispatch

All such requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and order details. Every request will be reviewed by our quality team before any decision regarding replacement is made.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to the nature of terracotta products, returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Minor chips, edge irregularities, shade variations, or hairline cracks
• Natural variations in clay texture or finish
• Minor dimensional tolerances inherent to handcrafted products
• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer
• Products that have been installed, cut, altered, or used

Once the product has been installed or used, it shall be deemed accepted by the customer.

Shipping & Dispatch

All materials are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch from our facility. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, and logistics arrangements.

Once the goods are handed over to the transporter or logistics provider, the responsibility for safe transportation rests with the carrier.

Damage During Transit

While every effort is made to ensure safe packaging and handling of materials, damages occurring during transportation are beyond our control.

Any damage, breakage, or loss occurring during transit shall not be considered the responsibility of the company. Customers are advised to inspect the material at the time of delivery and report any transit-related issues directly to the transporter.

Claims related to transit damage must be supported with photographs of the damaged packaging and goods and should be reported immediately upon receipt of delivery.

The company may assist with dispatch documentation if required; however, claims must be resolved with the transport service provider.

Industry-Accepted Breakage

Due to the fragile nature of fired clay materials, a small percentage of breakage during handling and transportation is considered normal and widely accepted within the industry.

Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect all materials at the time of delivery. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Claims reported after this period may not be considered.

Final Evaluation

All claims regarding product quality, discrepancies, or damages are subject to review and inspection by our technical team. The company reserves the right to approve or decline any request after evaluation, and the decision of the company shall be final.
